Frequently asked questions

What is included in the price?

Everything! We include the card stock (stationery), envelope and postage.

How long does it take for a card to be sent?

It depends on your plan, but all cards are sent within 3 business days and are typically delivered within another 24 to 72 hours.

What are the dimensions of the cards?

They are 4 inches by 6 inches (A4)

Can I get a sample?

Sure thing. Just go here and enter your information.

Are the notes handwritten or printed?

All of our notes are written with a pen by a robot, in the same manner a human would write them.

How many words do you allow on your cards?

We typically limit the characters to between 320 and 450 characters, depending on the use case. Reach out if you have further questions.

Can we use our own stationery?

Yep! We allow you to upload your own designs to be put to use immediately. We are also glad to help you design your stationery if you do not have a designer.

What countries do you send cards to?

Right now we only send cards domestically within the United States.

Can I send a box letters to myself if I don't want them delivered via mail?

Yes. Sometimes it is useful to have a group of letters delivered to you so that you can give them out personally. Just let us know how you want them addressed and we'll work with you to make it happen.

Do you offer postcards?

Not currently. We do plan to offer a handwritten postcard option in the future though.
